Since it's not artificial but dried from fresh (live) Silver Daisies, it may have slight imperfections, just like real flowers and leaves, this is totally normal.
Upon receiving your silver daisies, some flowers might be not as open as others. You can use a hairdryer and blow some warm air for about 1-2 minutes and it will help to open up each flower.
