1. Eligibility: This Campaign is open only to those who like an/or follow our facebook page. 

2. All those who enter must be 18 years of age or older.

3. The Campaign is only open to legal residents of Canada and the United States and is void where prohibited by law 

4. Giftcard is not applicable for cash, and does not expire. Full amount must be used at time of transaction. 

1. Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Fairmile Home Decor as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Campaign.

2. Campaign Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on May 23rd, 2022 and ending on June 1st, 2022 at noon PST. All online entries must be received by June 1st, 2022 at noon PST.

3. Prizes: The Winner(s) of the Campaign (the “Winner”) will receive a $100 gift card to use online, on the Fairmile Home Decor website. The prize is valued at $100. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted. The prize can be transferable at request. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, provincial, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner. 

4. Winner Selection and Notification: Winner will be selected by a random drawing. Winner will be notified by Facebook within five (5) days following selection of Winner. Fairmile Home Decor shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 30 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. Receipt by Winner of the prize offered in this Campaign is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations.
